Ali was very accommodating, helpful and professional. He didn’t accept payment until he was and we were certain that our solar panel issues were fixed. He gave us his personal number for us to call if problems arose. We actually never had to call him because our solar panels/system worked without a glich since his service.
Another thing was his patience when my bank delayed the payment to him for security reasons. He even offered to just come back after I settled the bank issues. Luckily he only had to wait for less than an hour. In summary I would recommend Ali and his Company (Paragon) to my grand family.
